Can I send the product directly to the headquarters?
No, the procedures must go through the authorized local distributor.

Is the warranty valid if I bought abroad or online?
The warranty follows the conditions of the country of purchase and the authorized channel.
The local distributor will check the proof of purchase and the serial number.

How long does the repair take?
Timing depends on the type of work and the availability of spare parts; the local representative will provide the most accurate estimate.

2	WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Audison Warranty

Audison products are covered against defects in materials or workmanship, under normal conditions of use, for the period established by applicable law.
The warranty validity starts from the date of purchase, proven by an invoice or fiscal receipt.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

◼︎damage caused by accidents, incorrect installation, improper use, or any cause not related to defects in materials or workmanship;

◼︎modifications or tampering carried out by unauthorized personnel;

◼︎serial number altered or removed.

Conditions of service

During the warranty period, defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.
The product must be returned to the dealer where it was purchased, together with the warranty certificate fully completed (downloadable below).

If the warranty has expired, the product can still be repaired, applying the service rates in force at the time of the request.

Limitation of liability

◼︎The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused during transport.

◼︎Costs, loss of profit, incidental or consequential expenses resulting from the inability to use the product are not covered.

◼︎Liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective components under the warranty terms.

Legal reference

The warranty is applied in compliance with the laws in force in the country of purchase.

3	WHAT IS eID TECHNOLOGY?

The eID technology is an exclusive system developed by Elettromedia to ensure the traceability and authenticity of Audison products right from the production stage.

Once quality control is completed, each product is assigned a unique eID code, linked to its serial number and associated with the country or market of destination at the time of shipment. This process certifies that the product is original, properly monitored, and correctly delivered to the official distribution network.

By simply scanning the eID code, the end user can access technical, production, and logistic information related to the product. In addition, in countries where an agreement with the local distributor is in place, registering the product through eID entitles the customer to an additional one-year warranty beyond the standard coverage required by law.
